Home Finance Resource Certification Course (HFR) (6CE)

Description
In this course, you will learn how to explain key pieces of the loan origination process to clients and confidently answer questions about mortgage options. With the skills you learn by earning this certification, you will be equipped to provide guidance on navigating mortgage applications and alternative financing options for all types of buyers. Additional topics covered include:
- Creating a mortgage application checklist for your clients
- Resources for addressing low credit scores
- Alternative financing options, such as first-time buyer assistance and low down payment programs
- How to avoid the most common mortgage sticking points in a transaction
Instructor
Grant Simon is an award-winning mortgage originator and educator. Additionally Grant is an “Honors” graduate of the University of Florida (UF) and a nationally known speaker and writer; He was the 2015 Florida Realtor Educator of the Year and a 3 time ‘Educator of the Year’ for Orlando Regional Realtors® Association. He teaches and speaks across the country just for the fun of it. Grant is a retired National Competitor in Water Skiing – having skied in (10) consecutive National Championships and happily married with 2 incredible college graduates that are almost off the payroll.
All REALTOR® attendees will receive 6 hours of CE Specialty and credit towards the HFR - Home Finance Resource Certification.
