Frustrated with the constantly changing world of social media? This course will expose the risks and benefits of social media in your real estate business. It will show you how to maximize marketing efforts for your customers while limiting your exposure.

You will learn the “30 minute daily solution” for busy entrepreneurs….10 minutes of looking at what people are talking about and 20 minutes of getting into the conversation…solutions that will get you and your properties noticed!

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

  • Define Social Media and why it is important for REALTORS®.
  • Provide tips for getting started.
  • Define the steps to a successful marketing strategy: Listen to your market; stake your claim; build your audience; guide the conversation
  • What NOT to do on social media.
