Description
Have you just started a new real estate career, but aren't quite sure where to begin? This class has been designed especially for the agent with less than six completed transactions and will help you get to six closed transactions! Here is a sample of the topics we'll explore:
- Branding 101
- How to create a sphere of influence
- Utilizing your strengths in real estate, and how to market them
- Contracts and listing agreements
- Hosting an effective open house event
- What to know about home inspections
This is not just a lecture class! It is high energy, interactive, and has lots of learning exercises and group discussions!
Instructor
Denise Oyler is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Sarasota. In 2022 she was awarded Educator of the Year by Florida REALTORS®. Denise attended college at the University of Central Florida earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a Master’s Degree. Her professional training career began over 25 years ago in the boating industry. Equipped with instructor and trainer skills Denise decided to become a REALTOR®. She started her real estate career as a developer, then earned her sales associate license in 2005. Today, Denise enjoys working with buyers and sellers in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. She is a CE author and continually creates training programs for our industry. She believes in this industry and has supported it by serving at the local and state levels as Vice Chair and Chair of several committees. She is also a GoldenR RPAC contributor.
