Luxury Understood (4CE)

Description

This course provides a roadmap to help you develop your confidence and competence as a luxury real estate specialist.  

You will learn: 

  • How to win the trust of high-end sellers and buyers 
  • Which unique marketing strategies to use for luxury properties 
  • Ways to negotiate with the savvy customer 
  • When and where to build a circle of influence with individuals of higher net worth

Session 1: 

Learn how to differentiate yourself in the luxury space. Through knowledge of your local luxury market, knowledge of today’s luxury clientele, and knowledge of yourself, you will see what it takes to get hired by discerning high end sellers. 

Session 2: 

Discover the tips and techniques to conduct a memorable luxury listing presentation.  We'll review pre-listings approaches, how to create a customized marketing plan, and how to demonstrate to the seller your ability to find a buyer. 

Session 3: 

We'll help you develop a simple business plan for you to create and grow your luxury business whether you plan to establish a niche market or simply raise your average sales price. We'll answer the top 10 questions every luxury agent needs to know to help you achieve your goals.

For nearly 25 years Jo-Ann has facilitated workshops and seminars in North America, South America, and Europe. An innovative and energetic speaker with strong business savvy and a bottom line focus, Jo-Ann has a proven ability to move her audience into action.

Ms. Sloan is a certified instructor for National Association of REALTORS®’ REBAC and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) courses and has coached and developed thousands of real estate professionals throughout the country.

Florida licensees will earn 4 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
