Data is everywhere, and can be overwhelming. Home sellers need help digesting information in a way that enables them make better decisions. That's where you come in. You can interpret data, identify trends, and help them see the whole picture. With your knowledge and expertise, and your marketing plan, you can show them why YOU are the best person to sell their home. We'll explore RPR's two CMA tools that will guide you in preparing a complete listing packet. 
   
Instructor: Hameed Siddiq is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics. He’s a licensed real estate broker and insurance agent in Georgia and Florida, and a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. He was an Adjunct Real Estate Professor with Florida State College of Jacksonville and was a Certified Instructor with the Florida REALTORS®. Currently, he owns a Florida licensed real estate and insurance school (Realty And Insurance U). He is a Certified Residential and Commercial Trainer with REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) and a Certified Zip Forms Trainer. Over 1,500 REALTORS® follow his online RPR discussion group on Facebook. Hameed has over 25 years of experience in the real estate, insurance, and financial services industries.
