Marketing the Listing Certificate (7CE)

The Listing Agent takes on many responsibilities when the seller entrusts the REALTOR® with selling their home.  One of those responsibilities to be a knowledge and highly competent marketer and create an engaging story about the property to greatest number of qualified buyers possible.  The Marketing the Listing course delivers advance and contemporary marketing techniques and practices to ensure that marketers will rise to the challenge of breaking through today’s noise and presenting a compelling marketing campaign that will connect the Seller’s home with the future owner.    

  • Real estate agents will be able to understand and identify the predominate marketing concepts that govern successful contemporary marketing programs. 
  • Using quantifiable statistics and best practices, learners will be able to identify the probable buyer for a property and best means by which to communicate value to that consumer persona.
  • Discovering new ways of utilizing time-honored marketing tactics, with new and emerging technologies the leaner will be able to create an innovative marketing plan that is unique to their market and listing type. 
  • Understand and design an online and offline series of marketing assets that will target qualified buyers and create a high level of consumer engagement. 
  • Explore marketing practices that create a positive result in the marketing efforts of the agent with focuses on success driven activities.


Cynthia DeLuca has sold thousands of properties, managed hundreds of Realtors, and educated tens of thousands of real estate professionals. After selling her real estate brokerage, Cynthia decided to focus her career on helping other Realtors reach a higher potential. She has been there, done that, walks the talk, and loves to share her experiences with others so they can excel in their career. Cynthia’s love of real estate goes beyond her professional career. Cynthia purchased her first rental property over 20 years ago and as the saying goes, the rest is history. She now manages a portfolio of rental properties together with her husband.

Cynthia has published three books: The High Heels Landlord, Fill’er Up, and the #1 seller The Standout Agent. Cynthia has been featured in both Florida Realtor® Magazine and the National Realtor® Magazine. She has received the prestigious Florida Realtor’s Educator of the Year award along with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association’s Educator of the Year award.

Cynthia’s passion is property management and investment properties. In her spare time, she collects more rental properties and visits her favorite hangout, Lowe’s.


Florida licensees will earn 7 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
