Mental Toughness for Brokers

Running a brokerage can be stressful. Recruiting and managing agents may be a passion, but even the most motivated brokers require emotional intelligence to get the job done well. In this session broker coach Thom Pirone (Work Unstressed / Stronghold Training) walks through a practical workshop designed to increase your ability to enjoy what you do, especially on stressful days. Thom is a certified Behavior and Motivator Analyst and has been training others in Emotional Intelligence and stress management since his days in the US Navy. You will leave this workshop with:

  • A solid understanding of what Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is
  • A workable approach to better daily stress management
  • An improved ability to remain motivated under pressure
  • Improved leadership behaviors, social skills and empathy
  • Less stress and more mental toughness!
