Military Relocation Professional (MRP) (6CE)

Wednesday, May 8, 2024 (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM) (EDT)

The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP program educates REALTORS® on working with veterans and U.S. service members and their families to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs, and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

Attendees will develop the following skills:

* Understand the processes and procedures involved in a military relocation, and how these impact service members’ relocation and housing choices

* Provide information to help this niche through the rent vs buy or sell vs rent decision-making process

* Identify and provide services that help service members sell or find and purchase suitable homes

* Explain the basics of VA financing

This course meets the core education requirements to earn the Military Relocation Professional certification. There are additional requirements and fees associated with earning and retaining MRP. Click here for more information about the MRP certification and its benefits.
