Instructor
Attorney Harry Heist, founding partner of the Law Offices of Heist, Weisse & Wolk, has been the property manager’s go-to-attorney since 1989, representing a large number of property managers in Florida. He has written and co-written most of the pro-landlord changes to the Landlord/Tenant Act in the past 31 years. He works for single-family home managers of all shapes and sizes, large multi-family, and some smaller self-managers. Attorney Heist believes education is the key to success in property management, and each year he trains thousands of property managers throughout the state.
