About our Speaker
Tony Anderson is the broker and owner of NextHome Gulf Coast Realty. Tony began his real estate career as an investor and flipper. He became licensed in 2005 and primarily focused on his personal real estate investments. When the market shifted, he devoted himself 100% to assisting home sellers and buyers. He worked for several years in the REO business, selling bank-owned foreclosures. Later he managed and grew a boutique brokerage for about four years.
In 2016, Tony opened NextHome Gulf Coast, the 100th franchise of NextHome. And over time, he also opened their 200th and 500th franchises. Today they have four NextHome Gulf Coast offices. They are located in Largo, St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach, and Dunedin.
Tony is also a certified Brian Buffini mentor and, in 2019, became one of just 35 brokers in the United States to become a National Association of Realtors certified trainer via a program developed by NextHome in conjunction with NAR.
