Tina Housdan is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry here in the US and over 3 years of Residential Property Management experience while living in the Dominican Republic.
Tina is currently serving as the Chairman of the Pinellas Realtor Affiliate Business Partners Board of Directors and a Trustee for the Pinellas Realtor Foundation. After joining the organization in 2017, she found the need to serve and support the Pinellas Realtor Organization and, through that channel, is supporting several of our local charities as well.
As a Certified Mortgage Advisor, Tina has up-to-date information and knowledge of the vast array of available programs and how the market affects Mortgage rates. The mortgage industry is ever-changing, and Tina stays on top of all the latest and greatest programs, and those tried and true that have been around for years. And, since Tina has a wide supply of lenders, she can find just the right fit for you and your needs.
Tina loves riding bikes down the Pinellas Trail, especially in the winter when the weather is perfect! And of course, the pups are always in tow wherever she goes!
