Presented by Affiliate Business Partner Strategic Roofing, this class will cover roof and inspection issues that impact closings. At the end of the class you’ll understand:
- Condo Reforms & residential restrictions on roofs
- Credits on a wind mitigation inspections
- Common roof issues on a 4-point inspection
- How liens work when sellers pay for new roofs at closing
- How your client can re-roof after closing
Speaker
Chris Weaver is deeply committed to advocating for the well-being of others and channeling that passion into the field of roofing. His extensive expertise in home insurance allows him to grasp how insurance companies evaluate roofs and determine their eligibility. Given the ever-evolving concerns surrounding roofing, his goal is to provide comprehensive knowledge in this area and explain it in simpler terms to assist realtors and their clients. Instead of merely reacting to potential disasters, he takes pride in equipping others with the necessary roofing education to proactively prepare for unforeseen events.
