RPR Commercial: Properties Data and Analytics

Description
In this course, attendees will understand how to effectively use the RPR commercial tools to build their Commercial real estate business. Learn how to search commercial properties nationwide, search unlisted distressed properties, use the site selections tools, use the mapping strategies and more. Recognize the commercial partnerships that allow RPR to offer expanded services to commercial practitioners.

- Listing unlimited commercial properties on CIEs at no cost
- How to search unlisted distressed commercial properties on RPR
- How to benefit from RPR’s partnerships with Brevitas and CREXi
- How to use RPR’s site selection tools
- How to use RPR’s mapping to analyze commercial data
- Understand the different types of Commercial RPR reports that can be sent to customers.
- How to effectively use RPRs extensive data and analytics
- Where to find the deal analyzing software to calculate Cap Rates, Cash on Cash Returns, Discounted cash flows and profits.
Instructor
Hameed Siddiq is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He’s a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. He’s a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. He was an Adjunct Real Estate Professor with Florida State College of Jacksonville and was a certified instructor panel member with the Florida Realtors Association. Currently, he owns a Florida licensed real estate and insurance School (Realty And Insurance U - RandiU.com). He is a certified residential and commercial trainer with Realtors Property Resource (RPR). Over 2,300 Realtors nationwide follow his online RPR Discussion Group on Facebook. Hameed has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
