Understanding Government Loans (2 CE)
Wednesday, October 4, 2023 (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) (EDT)
This CE course will prepare Real Estate Professionals to market and sell homes to seniors, which will increase their total sales and commissions. In this 2-hour CE class, professionals will learn about the various types of government loan programs and how they can be used to increase sales. The five government loans we will focus on are the First Time Home Buyer, USDA (rural properties), VA (for our veterans), FHA (there are 8 types of FHA loans), and finally the HECM—the safe type of reverse mortgage!
At the end of the class, Real Estate Professionals will be able to identify the homes that qualify for various types of mortgage, know what is allowed when writing a purchase contract, and be empowered to increase commissions while selling a home with a down payment that matches your buyers needs… and for your retired clients; a mortgage that will have no required monthly mortgage payments for life!
Florida licensees will earn 2 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
