Understanding Reverse Mortgages – Gets to the truth about how Reverse Mortgages actually work the good the bad and the ugly. Shows how even a refinance can help a Real Estate Professional make a sale and make a commission.
Instructor
Sean Corcoran has been in training rolls since 2010 and in various teaching roles since 2005. The most recent role has been instructing real estate professionals.
The current position held is; HECM Education and Training Coordinator as well as Mortgage Loan Officers. This role consists of recruiting, educating, and training new hires to get them off to a fast start. Responsibilities include; educating Realtors® and the current corporate staff on everything related to the HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) program. The last ten years have been teaching FHA’s Reverse Mortgage refinance program and the HECM for Home Purchase programs, as well as the most popular program, Understanding Government Loans.
Overall, for about 19 years now, teaching roles have included everything from finance, insurance, math, to mortgages, this has allowed him to perfect how to tailor the delivery of material to the audience thus allowing a smooth, energetic class, packed full of knowledge that is fun and easy to follow.
Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
