This is the course for Realtors® who have ever wondered, “Why do lenders do the things they do?” The truth is, it takes a swarm of people to get through closing, and this course will help Realtors® understand everything they ever wanted to know about lending policies and practices. Think of it as Mortgages 101! Students will learn that lending matters influence buyers in many ways, and Realtors® can benefit greatly from understanding the intricacies involved in the policies and procedures that take place from the start to the finish of the process.
