In this class, we will thoroughly explore the key concepts that are essential for success in the field. We will delve into the reasons why it is advantageous to aim for an entrepreneurial role rather than being employed as well as the strategies for effective lead generation, creating listings, and leveraging your resources. We will also cover techniques for handling objections, converting leads into appointments, and then turning these appointments into contracts. Additionally, we will discuss the process of identifying potential buyers and making successful connections with them.

Brandon Rimes is a top 1% realtor and the owner of The Platinum MVP Team at Keller Williams Realty in Palm Harbor. He has a diverse background, having been a three-time published author, a former USF football player, and a host of a radio and TV show that has been on the air for 11 years. He also has a teacher's heart. His team includes his wife, Lindsay Rimes, and 10 other members, and they are looking to grow and expand into other markets. Brandon's credentials include being a Tony Robbins Mastery Graduate, a certified negotiation expert, and being featured in FL Realtor Magazine and Real Producers Magazine multiple times. He is enthusiastic about consuming personal improvement content and is looking forward to teaching "How to Win with Sellers" and sharing his expertise with others.
