Hello,

    My name is Alexander Buettell and I am the Lead Real Estate Consultant and Realtor with Stofel & Associates Realty here in the Tampa Bay Area. I grew up in the City of Seminole prior to leaving for college in 2007 and enlisting in the United States Navy. While in the Navy I served as a Greenside Corpsman with various units on various platforms deploying worldwide. My time in the military instilled great work ethics, leadership, tenacity, loyalty, dedication, trust and many more attributes that service members are praised for in the workforce. With that I was always planning financially purchasing a home wherever I was stationed as an investment. Over the years I grew very fond of real estate and said that would be my next career. So with that, upon retiring from the United States Navy I began working with a mortgage titling company and a builder buying and selling homes in Virginia and Florida so that I may learn real estate from the administration side and building side since I already had a great amount of experience in the purchasing and selling from my personal property sales. After a year of witnessing countless homes and transactions I had done it, I signed up for my realtor license and passed the exam. I have since joined a very successful brokerage at Stofel & Associates Realty in St. Petersburg, Florida where it all began. My first year I had earned Realtor of the Year with the top sales volume and rookie of the year. From May to December I had over $9M in sales volume with 16 transactions. I am a local with a wealth of knowledge from different standpoints in not only real estate, but the Tampa Bay Area.
