As Broker/Owner for NextHome Beach Time Realty, I sell and manage property throughout the St. Petersburg area; but specialize in the beaches, where my team of real estate professionals manage a growing portfolio of vacation and long-term rental properties.

A native of St. Petersburg, I grew up on the South Pinellas Beaches; making St. Pete Beach, where I live and work, the obvious choice for my own real estate office. Now we have offices in St. Pete Beach, Redington Beach AND our newest addition: a third office at the beautiful Sunrise Resort on St. Pete Beach, where NextHome Beach Time Realty is proud to be the onsite management company. 

I am a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Member of that organization's Million Dollar Guild; a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist; A Certified Negotiation Expert® and an Accredited Buyers Representative®. My team and I have consistently won awards at the corporate level of the NextHome Franchise for production.  

I have been married forever  and am the mother of four children and grandmother to five! My husband and I live in St. Pete Beach in one of our previous developments.
