Ann Scardino Rogers is a forty year resident of Pinellas County. As a local real estate professional, Ann is knowledgeable about the varied residential markets, economic drivers, development activities, school districts, recreation facilities, shopping, and dining venues. Ann relocated to the Tampa Bay Area to manage the Automated Clearing House operations of a large regional bank. In 1999, she purchased the Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast Franchise with eleven agents and grew the business to over 400 real estate agents.In 2010, after a tumultuous period in the real estate industry, Ann and a colleague developed a unique business model to improve sales and services to her clientele and initiated selling her Keller Williams Franchise operations while each Franchise remained profitable and a leader in their respective markets. In 2012, Ann Co-founded Ann Rogers and Associates the (ARA Team). The new business model is a boutique, luxury property, mega sales team supported by proprietary technologies. Ann maintains a business philosophy that product and market knowledge, technology and organizational systems best meet customer needs, which are determined by listening to the customer. She is a past president of The Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin, Charter President of the Junior League Foundation, past Trustee of CASA, member of several local museums, The Downtown Partnership and the Pinellas County Economic Development Council. Ann is a graduate of Stephens College. When not selling real estate, her leisure activities include spending time with her family, participating in community services and enjoying the arts.
