Anne Hensel BROKER, E PRO, RECS, ASR, TRC, ABR, C-CREC, AHS Anne is originally from Cologne, Germany. After working in service oriented professions for 13 years, she came to Florida in 1993 and started to explore the real estate market. For the first few years, she did a lot of property management and worked with out-of-town owners. She holds a Real Estate Broker's license and a Mortgage Broker's license and specializes in waterfront homes and condos. Anne thinks that just helping a customer buying or selling real estate is not enough. She strongly believes in 'quality full service real estate'. She will be with you every step of the way, keep you informed, always answers her phone and will still be in touch after the sale to give you updates on your property value, and answer every question you might have.
