He is fluent in German and English. He completed a 3.5 year apprenticeship program as a Tool & Die Maker followed by an associate degree in Industrial Engineering. He moved to the US in 1986 where he worked for the next nine years in the area of Quality Assurance / Quality Control. He has lived in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area for over three decades. He started his own computer consulting business in 1995 and travelled the US extensively assisting small, medium and large companies in manufacturing of Food, Medical, Pharma, Aerospace products with process improvement, quality control and data collection projects. During the slowdown of 2008, he diversified into developing custom applications and reporting solutions for the QuickBooks Accounting Software. He is also the owner of an export company supplying customers in the European Union with industrial products. With over 20 years of experience managing various customer service oriented businesses, he is well positioned to assist you with your next major step in life!
