Having moved to Clearwater Beach as a child in 1976, I have seen a lot of changes in our market.  As a top producing agent at Sand Key Realty for over 15 years, I have helped Sellers get the most for their property, as well as negotiate incredible deals for my Buyers.  For those interested in a second home, or an income producing property, I am the owner of three of the most productive and highly rated vacation rental properties on Clearwater Beach.  As a result, I can speak with confidence about the financial benefits of owning a specific property.
