Having worked in banking and advertising, my verbal and written communication skills are excellent! I will listen to your needs and help in every way possible to meet them.  It is so important to me that my clients are happy in the end! As a homeowner and income property owner, I can relate to clients as they maneuver the current real estate waters and provide valuable input throughout the entire process.   

Working with the Dalton-Wade Real Estate team provides me with access to a wide spectrum of marketing and educational materials, so that I can be sure my clients are properly educated on the home sale or purchase. We want to be sure that no matter what step in the process we are in, our client knows what is happening and what is going to be happening next. Whether it is their first home purchase or their 5^th, we want to be there with them, every step of the way.

I am a Cheesehead, born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where the largest part of my family still resides. After meeting my husband on a cruise ship, I moved to New Mexico with my son. We spent 22 years in New Mexico where we welcomed our youngest son to the family.  A few years ago, we became empty nesters and decided it was time to set our Florida Living dream into motion.  So, here I am, loving the Florida lifestyle in Palm Harbor!
