Chris Hounchell, a Broker Associate/REALTOR with RE/MAX Metro, brings to the organization an impressive range of professional experience, as well an entrepreneurial spirit and intense work ethic. Chris has repeatedly been an award-winning real estate broker in Florida for more nearly years. Chris was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, Platinum Club and is a seven-time recipient of the prestigious 100% CLUB award, and is an 11-time recipient of the Top 100 individual agents in the County. Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in the general real estate, pre-foreclosure, short sale and foreclosure markets. He is also Co-Founder of Cadyn & Charlie, a jewelry and apparel company. Chris is very active in Tampa Bay’s business and philanthropic communities. He is a committed member of University of Florida Alumni Association, Pinellas Realtor Organization (PRO), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and SPHS Green Devil Dads. Chris graduated in 2002 from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Public Relations. Chris is happily married to Chrissy Hounchell, and has two beautiful children, Cadyn & Charlie.
