Courtney was born and raised from the heartland of Nebraska. With a Midwest work ethic he served his community and state working as a Correctional Officer for over 11 years. When a opportunity to relocate came, he found a home in Pinellas County. Falling in love with the Gulf of Mexico, and everything it had to offer from the beautiful beaches, water sports, year around weather, and small town charm. Since home is where the heart is he call this home. Once again in his nature, Courtney volunteered his life to keep community children safe in school serving as a School Safety Officer. With his natural love of Real Estate he decided to apply his skills of communication, negotiation, problem solving, sharp eye for details, patients, mediation, and great moral character to his Real Estate career.
