My Passion in Real Estate started right out of High School when I bought my first home at 21. I have experience in redesign, rehabbing, selling and buying in the Greater Tampa Bay market. I have been licensed since 1999 and full time. I am highly motivated, experienced in negotiating in this changing market. I have formed a perfect team through my collective years. I have worked with investors, sellers, buyers, new construction, probate, short sales, foreclosures. I am a proud mother of two great kids, a grandmother of a beautiful granddaughter that is a dancer and learning about cash flow, investments, rehabbing and finance 101. I started at Keller Williams, then moved to Future Home Realty and was the first agent.
