Debbie Schmidt has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida State University and a MBA in Global Management. She has 27 years of experience in real estate both in Florida and Colorado. She began her real estate career in new homes sales for a custom builder in Florida, and eventually Colorado. In 2001, she moved back to the Pinellas County area where she grew up, and entered the resale market with a local office. Her passion is evident in the long term relationships she builds with her clients and in her desire to see each client educated and armed with information, so they are confident in the decisions they make regarding their home purchase or sale.
