I grew up in Memphis, TN after the first three months on my life being born in Weisboden, Germany. My dad was in the Airforce and since I only spent 3 months there I don't speak German even though that is part of my ancestry. After many trips on vacation to Florida I made the move at age 19 to Orlando to start a 'Childhood Dream' career with Walt Disney World in Food and Beverage Management. After spending 25 years with them I 'retired' and moved to California to pursue a career opportunity. I then moved to Las Vegas for a couple years and tried the casino life for a while. I then realized that Central Florida was my home, so I moved back to the Tampa / St Petersburg area. I have now met a wonderful woman who is now the love of my life and my girlfriend... Traci. She is not only a hypnotherapist that got me to quit smoking, but also a traveling comedian!! So we have lots of fun and exciting times traveling the world!! We are also therapy humans for two Siamese cats named Thelma and Louise, which were her mother's cats before she past. While I was in the Orlando area I did several Fix & Flips as well as some Buy & Holds after I acquired my Real Estate license. Now that I live in the St Petersburg area I am looking to do some more for myself as well as help other Investors find properties that they are interested in pursuing. Whether you are a veteran investor or just looking for someone to help get you started I am well versed in the Real Estate investment business. I also helped manage 225 vacation rental properties along with 350 long term properties.
