I obtained my Sales Associate license in 2004 after retiring from a corporate sales and marketing position and spending 10 years as a private investor. In January 2006 I obtained my Broker Associate license and in August 2006 I completed my GRI training.In the Fall 2006 I became a Mentor for new agents and began working with the Orientation team at Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. Real Estate is my passion and I love working with buyers and sellers. I am available 7 days a week and focus my business on education for the client. My approach is also centered around a partnership. When a client enters into a relationship with me to buy or sell a home, they are entering into a partnership where I take on the educator role. Through the entire process I am there to assist, advise and most importantly, I attend all closings. Behind the scenes I spend alot of time researching the market statistics so I can adapt to the ever changing real estate arena. In late 2007 I saw the surge of Pre-Foreclosures and began studying the steps necessary to help sellers. By the beginning of 2008, short sales became the resolution to Pre-Foreclosures. I have attended several seminars on how to work with short sales and have completed several transactions that were closed as a short sale.
