23 year resident of Palm Harbor, FL. Former President and Treasurer of Friends of the Island Parks, 501 3(c) non profit supporting Honeymoon & Caladesi Island State Parks. Author of "Heartbeat Away", based on interaction with Nicholas, a bottlenose dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Started my Florida real estate career converting the Victoria Palms, LLC in Dunedin. The eleven 2 story buildings were converted from apartments to Condos, totally 88 units. I joined Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. in 2005, initially focusing on residential sales in primarily in Pinellas, Pasco & Hillsborough Counties. I am one of the "owner/investors" in Crooked Thumb Brewery, LLC located at 555 10th Avenue, Safety Harbor. I have sold commercial property in downtown Dunedin to include 300 Monroe, 945 Huntley and 587 Main St.
