Prior to focusing on Client representation, Jim’s involvement includes all aspects of the Real Estate Industry and for 20+ years here in the greater Tampa Bay area. In the late 90’s, he opened his Real Estate Title Company. That 3 person office soon blossomed into 35 offices nationwide with 140+ employees. From there, Jim founded American Home Lending for mortgages, American HomeBankers for lending, Pappas Land Development, and Global FIS, an insurance & finance agency.
