Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Administration at the University of South Florida in Tampa. The real estate business is in his blood, as his mother, Debbie Cunningham, has been in the real estate industry for over a quarter-century. Jason has worked in and around the industry for more than a decade, first as the marketing coordinator for Cunningham and Associates Realty, and now as broker associate for Pineywoods Realty. His tech-savvy nature and willingness to travel are advantageous perks for his clients. He loves working with first-time home buyers and always goes above and beyond the usual contract-to-close treatment to service their needs.
