Jessica had an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. She opened her first business in high school and sold that business two years later for three and half times the amount her parents lent her to initially start the business! 

Jessica later went on to college to work towards earning her business degree and simultaneously worked full time in the technology industry. She started off as an accounts payable manager at Primus Telecommunications Group, a publicly traded company, but quickly ascended the corporate ladder to become a General Manager at one of their divisions in Clearwater, FL. 

With many challenges and changes facing the telecom/technology industry in the early part of the 2000s, Jessica decided to go back to her entrepreneurial roots and began investing in real estate. She owned and sold several properties before she went on to become a licensed Florida Realtor. 

Jessica now has over two decades of real estate experience in the Tampa Bay region. She specializes in working with local buyers, sellers, vacation home buyers, investors, and helping families relocate to the Tampa Bay area. She believes in the importance of establishing long-term relationships with her clients to support them when future real estate needs arise. 

In addition to her real estate business, Jessica has spent the past 24 years volunteering during humanitarian crises and on overseas missions. She has traveled overseas to help during natural disasters and even in countries at war. Volunteerism and mission work is one of her true passions.

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Organizational Leadership and will soon be working on her master’s degree in Non-Profit Management & Leadership.
