My name is Jodi but friends call me "Jo". As an entrepreneur and local Tampa Bay resident for over 40 years I'm able to provide you with trusted vendors and local expert knowledge. As a waterfront and luxury home specialist, you will receive the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions for your investments...especially for properties on water! 

First time home buyers or sellers are really a fun group for me to work with as I'm able to help them navigate new territory! They'll appreciate the guidance and education along the way that they can use for years to come! 

In my spare time I enjoy all water activities, healthy living, gathering with family, art and organic gardening! My 2 adult daughters and my dad are my biggest blessings! Oh yes...and my 5 lb fur baby named Kiwi-the dog not the fruit..:)
