Keith is a lifelong area resident and originally entered the Real Estate market by opening a mortgage brokerage firm in 1986 and shortly after a Title Company. He expanded by developing single and muti-family projects as well as commercial properties. At the same time he began buying, remodeling, and selling single family homes. Keith holds a Real Estate Broker License. He partners with his wife Tina who entered the Real Estate market in 1994. She then had a successful career in marketing, consulting, and advertising in the print and digital space. Her passion for Real Estate maneuvered her back into the business in 2014. In addition to knowing the area very well, Keith and Tina, Husband and Wife, love and appreciate the beach lifestyle. They just further committed to the community by opening a showcase office, providing Monthly Market Summary reports, Community information and more.
