As a former New Yorker and successful sales person in the Manhattan area, Jo knows how important her swift response time and availability are to her clients. She strives to contribute positively to each client’s situation understanding that trust is an integral part of her professional relationships. She also cherishes the values she was raised with in Plattsburgh, a small town in upstate NY. Her caring approach with her clients set her apart in the real estate industry today. Jo currently resides in Clearwater Beach where she specializes in waterfront and luxury properties. She knows the Clearwater Beach area and Florida’s Gulf Coast well after having visited family there for over 30 years. With a degree in Interior Design and experience in property management, Jo can recognize property value inside and out. Besides property hunting, she also loves snowboarding, volleyball, boating, and traveling, especially visiting her family in Plattsburgh.
