We started WILLOW HOMES as a real estate, renovations, and rentals business in 2012. We buy single family homes in the downtown St Pete area, renovate them, and then hold them as rentals. Today, we own more than 20 homes here in beautiful St Pete FL! More recently, we decided to start offering our expertise and experience to other buyers and sellers - we started by helping our tenant customers to find a great home of their own, and eventually expanded to work with other buyers and sellers in our St Pete community. We specialize in the area in and around the downtown St Pete area (DTSP). We have the personal experience to know the local market, spot issues BEFORE you pay for inspections, and help you to know which renovations are possible - because we have done it ourselves! Some Realtor's will help you buy 'any' house - we want to help you buy a 'great' house! WILLOW HOMES is actually a 'family' of companies. WILLOW HOMES LLC does all types of home renovation projects - repairs, kitchens, baths, whole house renovations, additions, large and small projects. WILLOW HOMES REALTY LLC is a full service licensed real estate brokerage where we represent buyers and sellers and provide property management services to other like-minded owners. In 2018, we founded WILLOW CARES INC, a non-profit 501c3 organization that offers free home repairs (ex: roof leaks, plumbing issues) and modifications (ex: widening door frames to accommodate wheelchairs) to military veterans.
