My name is Kevin Dunlap and I am a Licensed Real Estate agent partner with Blake Realty. I live in the Tarpon Springs Community north of Clearwater and have for 10 years. I began a career in real estate because I receive an abundant amount of enjoyment out of helping others achieve their goals. The real estate business allows me to use my best qualities to be successful in this challenging business. I believe being persistent and having great understanding are important qualities to completing real estate transactions. An agent has to be persistent in pursuing a buyer or a seller so that the client knows that the agent is dependable. An agent must have knowledge and understanding of the real estate market, the neighborhoods, as well as the clients’ personal needs.
