With an industry career spanning more than three decades in real estate sales and operations, Lena White is a Managing Broker for Douglas Elliman and Senior Regional Director for Florida – West Coast.
Lena fosters the brand’s strategy to drive agent development and success. Additionally, her directives include executing the company’s expansion strategy to further develop Douglas Elliman on the west coast of the state through recruiting, mergers, and acquisitions.
Lena has been a resident on the Gulf Coast of Florida for more than 30 years since a move from her native roots in West Virginia. She is a licensed real estate broker and holds the designation of Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI). She has served in various capacities on several industry state and local boards and associations and is pleased to call Florida home.
