I have been a Real Estate Broker/associate for 29 years . I have bee very active with short sales and and worked with Fannie Mae doing bank owned. It's the Wild West anything is possibe and I have seen some crazy stuff out there. I have lived in Palm Harbor for over 40 years and had my own brokerage called 'Carpe Diem Realty ' (seize the day) '.I was the broker for Pinellas county, handling the RTC auctions and for Green River. Had a chain of restaurants called BT Bones Steakhouse. I love working in the real estate field. You never know day by day where it will take you and whom you may meet along the way.
