Melissa Stamos is a Broker Associate with Coastal Properties Group & Christie's International Real Estate of Dunedin serving Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and Manatee County. Melissa splits her time in beautiful Dunedin, Florida and exciting downtown Saint Petersburg. Dunedin (pronounced DONE-EE-DIN) is a town located on the West Coast of Florida with world class beaches, a bustling downtown with an array of restaurants, boutiques and marinas. It has Florida's oldest brewery, the Pinellas Trail for biking, running and walking, and all the charm of a small town, although it boasts 37,000 residents. Ms. Stamos brings over 21 years of real estate experience in her role as Broker Associate. She held a salesperson's license in Massachusetts for 13 years and now has a Broker's license in the State of Florida. Ms. Stamos was a REO Asset Manager for 11 years handling bank-owned properties nationwide. She was appointed by the mayor as a member of a Zoning Task Force which rewrote the entire Zoning Code for the City of Quincy, Massachusetts. She also has a background as a real estate paralegal and is a graduate of Ithaca College. Melissa relocated to Florida from Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Eastern Long Island in New York. She loves the sunshine and the water so she naturally fell in love with Dunedin, Florida and all that it and the surrounding areas have to offer.
