After years of being a Broker for Fortune 500 real estate companies, I've come back to my roots. My name is Robert Coscia (ka-sha / Italian), and I am the Broker, Realtor and Owner of Personal Realty Advisers. I have been involved in selling Luxury Homes and Condos for more than 25 years — many of those properties on the Barrier Islands of Sanibel and Captiva, and more recently in the St. Pete Downtown & Beach Communities. In addition to expertise in the real estate field, I have a wealth of technical education and hands-on experience in construction. I have helped guide customers in over 2,000 units, either buying, selling, liquidating, Investing, or as a subcontractor, consultant for new-home construction and remodeling.
