Roberta (Bobbie) Kaplan is the Broker and owner of Sun Sand & Sea Homes Realty. She has specialized in selling and marketing real estate in the Tampa Bay area since 1978. After beginning her career with a major publicly-owned Florida real estate company, she has nurtured her real estate expertise by extensive association with developers, lenders, buyers and sellers. Bobbie was a principal in the development team that developed Crescent Beach Club Two and the Ultimar Community on Sand Key in Clearwater, Florida and was the Broker/Owner of Ultimar Realty on Sand Key, Broker/Owner of Weichert Realty Sun Sand & Sea Homes and now the Broker/Owner of Sun Sand & Sea Homes Realty.
