January 2022 - SUN REALTY was established in 1994 in the Tropical Plaza in South Central Pasco County Florida. My wife Elaine is a Co-Broker for our real estate company along with our long-time friend and business partner - Sue Larreau. When the original owners of SUN REALTY decided to pass on the reins of the office in 2006, we were fortunate enough to be able to organize SUN REALTY Estate Agents, LLC in the same location, with the same phone number. That established relationship with the local community is what we attribute our success to. I have personally been involved in planning estates for people since 1979 and twenty years ago I started helping my clients buy and sell real estate, with the realization that Real Estate is a significant part of any real "estate plan".
