Being born and raised in Clearwater, Scott has a true love and understanding for the Tampa Bay area and all it has to offer. His family are long time Clearwater natives as he is the 4^th generation of Hamiltons to be raised in beautiful Pinellas County. Growing up on Clearwater Beach allowed him to explore and become well-versed in all of the wonderful areas of Tampa Bay.

Scott attended Clearwater High School and pursued his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at St. Petersburg College. He has a passion for music and the arts. Straight out of high school, Scott was fortunate enough to participate and work on a national tour performing with a group based out of a local performing arts center, Ruth Eckerd Hall. Scott can also be found singing the National Anthem at sporting events for such teams as the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Tampa Bay Rays, and the Philadelphia Phillies during their spring training. In his free time, Scott loves exploring all the Tampa Bay area has to offer with his wife and two children. From museums, aquariums and theme parks to sporting events with the Bucs, Lightning, and Rays!

Scott’s commitment to client and customer satisfaction comes from the years of working in his family’s restaurant on Clearwater Beach, the Palm Pavilion. Working in the restaurant industry over the last 20 years has given Scott the ability to become passionate and proficient in ensuring client’s needs are met. Dedication to providing any services that a client needs is always at the forefront. Scott looks forward to getting to know each of his clients and fully understanding their wants and wishes. In addition, he wants to ensure that the process is both seamless and stressless for each client. With Scott’s local knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area and his resources, he is confident he can help any client find the perfect home to start their next journey in.
