A Tampa resident since 1994, Mr. Billings graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Environmental Science and has >25 years of experience in the environmental field. His ardent ability to navigate and obtain public agency and historical land use records allows him to provide his clients with invaluable knowledge to help them purchase or sell real estate. His environmental background has enabled him to find solutions for owners to sell their real estate even when contaminated. He quickly assembles teams of attorney's, lenders, surveyors, architects, environmental consultants, various engineers and contractors through his network of thousands of contacts.
