Stan Chow is a Realtor® on the top-producing Walseth Team at Keller Williams in St. Pete Beach and Seminole. He is a licensed Registered Architect and Professional Planner with over 37 years of diverse experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Stan was Chief Inspector of a building inspection company. He was also President of a Washington DC-based consultancy that specialized in “green” architecture, sustainable construction management, and LEED® implementation. Previously, Stan was Director at the U.S. Green Building Council where he led a specialized team of LEED® Accredited Professionals. Other experiences include Vice President of Development at a major real estate investment firm in Washington, DC and Vice President of Construction at a major Baltimore-based development firm. For many years, he was principal architect of Stanley Chow Associates, AIA in North Brunswick, NJ. During that time, Stan also served on the North Brunswick Housing Advisory Committee and the North Brunswick Development Committee under mayoral appointment. He was a Building Subcode Official with a High-Hazard Specialist designation. Throughout his career, Stan has continuously enriched his passion for homes, buildings, and the built environment.
