Steven, born and raised in Tenafly, New Jersey, until moving to Florida's East Coast in 1983. Married to his lovely Mary, who he met on the sands of Hollywood Beach in '84 ( yes, 1984). Together they have one Son, Stanley Tyler, a 6x Pop Warner All American Scholar-Athlete, National Honors Society Member, Florida State University #FSU20 Biological Sciences Honors Graduate then his MPH/ Masters of Public Health & Epidemiology at The George Washington University. Steven’s work ethics are a culmination of growing up in a Family-owned North Jersey Retail environment [Marcia's] and working in conjunction with two of South Florida’s Premier Waterfront Developers for over a decade. Relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2000, Steven has been a driving force within his Coastal Boating Community, a Developer's Representative from 2000 to 2010, as well as a Multi-Million Dollar & Top Sales Associate.
