I work in the beautiful Tampa Bay Area of Florida. I love helping clients find homes that meet their needs in the communities that match the lifestyles they desire. Whether it be Dunedin with its dog-friendly community, numerous festivals, and beautiful Honeymoon Island, Saint Petersburg with its fun downtown nightlife, or the master-planned community of Westchase which has community swim and tennis centers, a golf course, playgrounds, parks, and picnic pavilions, or any other of Tampa Bay‘s unique and thriving communities. I'm a Certified International Property Specialist and in addition to being able to help clients relocating or purchasing a vacation property from out of state, I'm able to assist international clients looking to purchase in the U.S. Part of that process is educating them on the differences between the process in their home countries and in the U.S. I can also assist U.S. clients looking to enjoy retirement in another country. When I work with sellers, their home gets in front of international clients in addition to potential buyers across the US. I work hard to get them the most money for their homes while honoring their time frame so that they may move on to their next life adventures. I guide my clients through the process of navigating inspections, appraisals, and negotiations to successful, closings with a minimal amount of stress.
